How do you use it?
Add it freely to your meal, it’s as easy as that. Drizzle it over your favourite foods: stir frys, stews, pizza, pasta, roasts, sandwiches, cheeses, salads and more. Or use it as an ingredient in the kitchen to marinate fish and meat, make incredible scrambled eggs, or add slow cooked intensity to roasts and veggies. Fantastic as a dipping sauce for dumplings too!

What does it taste like?
Spicy and smokey with subtly sweet aromatic notes. Elements of roasted nuts, woody seasoning, rich caramels, sweet dry fruits and umami. Smooth on the tongue and light in the mouth with just a hint of heat, the flavours evolve over time.

Original Sauce contains: Australian olive oil, capsicum annum (chipotle chilli, sweet paprika), cinnamon, fennel, pimento, aniseed, cloves, pepper.
